🚀 A new project from my journey in DEPI (Digital Egypt Pioneers Initiative)! I am thrilled to share my second project in Depi after learning new steps in building professional dashboards using Power BI. ( وَقُلِ اعْمَلُوا فَسَيَرَى اللَّهُ عَمَلَكُمْ وَرَسُولُهُ وَالْمُؤْمِنُونَ ) The real work started with a strong step in Data Preparation; where I worked deeply on الوسومات (هاشتاغ)#PowerQuery in cleaning and organizing the data, and I also added very important new columns for analysis like Employee Status and Tenure Years so I can accurately study employee status and their retention periods in the company before entering the design phase. After that, I worked on an integrated HR Analytics Dashboard, covering and providing a comprehensive and easy view of human resources data inside the company, and among its most prominent contents: ✅ Total employee count and total payroll (Active vs Terminated) ✅ Quarterly salary analysis ✅ Salary distribution by city and department ✅ Termination reasons, such as resignation or contract expiration ✅ Monthly hiring trend throughout the year ✅ Median salary and the variance between highest and lowest salary The main goal of the dashboard is to help the HR team understand employee data more deeply, and make decisions based on real data instead of guesswork, whether in salary planning, reducing employee turnover, or improving employee retention strategies. Every project I go through makes me feel one step closer to more professionalism in the world of Data Analytics, and this is by the grace and blessings of Allah upon me, and the continuous training and support from the DEPI team, Success always comes from Allah 🤲
